An Environmentally Friendly Initiative

“Shoccho” is a public awareness project by Shine Bangladesh Foundation, aimed at building a clean, healthy, and sustainable society through effective waste management. In today’s world, the careless accumulation of plastic, organic, and solid waste in streets, water bodies, and residential areas poses a serious threat to both the environment and public health. In this context, raising awareness and implementing proper waste management is more essential than ever.

Under this initiative, we are conducting activities such as source-based waste segregation, the use of recyclable materials, composting, and cleanliness drives. Our volunteers are engaging with local communities to educate them on how simple lifestyle changes can significantly contribute to environmental protection. Additionally, workshops and awareness campaigns are being conducted in schools and colleges to encourage the younger generation to adopt eco-friendly living practices.

“Shoccho” is not just a cleanliness campaign—it is a shift in perspective, where every individual takes responsibility for maintaining cleanliness in their surroundings. We believe that through collective effort, it is indeed possible to build a greener, cleaner, and more livable Bangladesh.
